x402 seller docs list Solana alongside Base

The protocol is not Base-only even if Foundry’s first rail is.

Official seller documentation lists Base mainnet, Base Sepolia, Solana mainnet and Solana devnet as CAIP-2 identifiers. Foundry’s production policy remains Base USDC receive-only. Editorial coverage must not collapse the protocol to one chain.

Why it matters

Chain diversity is a routing and accounting problem for machine buyers.
