PayAI appears as an alternative x402 facilitator in official seller docs

Facilitator competition is now documented next to CDP in the x402 seller path.

x402 seller documentation lists facilitator.payai.network alongside CDP for mainnet examples. That is TIER_B evidence that facilitation is not a Coinbase monopoly even when Coinbase originated the protocol.

Why it matters

Seller lock-in to one facilitator is a market-structure story. Foundry currently requires authenticated CDP for its own production rail; that is a policy choice, not a protocol law.
