What is agent discovery?
How a machine finds something it can use — and whether that listing matches live behaviour.
Agent discovery is the index layer: well-known files, OpenAPI, MCP tools/list, Bazaar/merchant listings, sitemaps, llms.txt. PAYABLE ≠ DISCOVERABLE. A live 402 that is not in an index will not be bought. An index row that does not match live 402 is a lie.
