What is autonomous procurement?
Software that buys inputs under a budget, a rights gate and an audit log — not an unconstrained agent with a credit card.
Autonomous procurement is a bounded executor: approved networks and assets, per-purchase caps, recipient verification, idempotency, a kill switch, and a ledger that records cost as cost.
It is not “the model decided to ape a token.” If the model can override treasury limits, you do not have procurement. You have a hole.
